Brief Outline of Job Responsibilities:
v Maintain
the documents and drawings in the Document Control Office under safe custody
without any damage.
v Coordinate
all activities related to Document Control procedures, including technical
documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
v Input document data into the
standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
v Generate the various document
control reports as required.
v Typing of site documents and
follow-up on all the site needs.
v Makes sure that controlled copies
of the latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate
staff, subcontractors, and suppliers as applicable.
v Maintain
updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution
clearly.
Job Requirements:

Degree: Bachelor’s in administration
v
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
v
Industry Type: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical
v
Good Communication Skills
v
Proficient in MS Office
